Privacy Policy

The short version

We collect what we need to deliver your 3-Quote Sprint Pass and nothing more. We don't sell your data. We don't blast your phone number out to a list of contractors. We contact a small, targeted set of local pros on your behalf, and that's the only place your project details leave our system.

If you want anything removed, email [email protected] and we'll handle it.

What we collect

• Project details you give us: type of project, ZIP code, budget band, timeframe, and any notes you write in the snapshot form.
• Contact info: your name, email, and phone number (phone is optional).
• Payment info: handled by Stripe. We never see your card.
• Anonymous site analytics: pageviews and errors via PostHog. No cookies. No browser storage. No cross-session tracking.

How we use it

• To find local pros for your project and reach out on your behalf.
• To send you status updates during your seven-day Sprint.
• To process your $29 payment and any refund.
• To improve the site, using anonymous analytics only.

Who we share it with

• The local pros we reach out to. Only the small targeted set we sourced for your specific project. Project details only. Your phone number doesn't go out unless you've explicitly told us you'd like a callback.
• Stripe processes your payment. Their privacy terms govern your card data.
• PostHog records anonymous pageviews and error events. No personal identifiers.
• Email infrastructure (Cloudflare Email Routing and Resend) delivers email between you, us, and the pros we contact.

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not resell project information as “leads.” If a service we use isn't in the list above, it doesn't see your data.

Cookies and tracking

We don't use cookies on this site. PostHog runs in memory-only mode, which means nothing about your visit is written to your browser's storage and you're not tracked across sessions. This is a deliberate choice. It costs us a bit of analytics depth and saves you a cookie banner.

Your choices

• Email [email protected] to delete your data or to see what we have on file.
• We'll act within 30 days. No forms, no portal.
• If we've already reached out to pros for your project, those messages can't be unsent. We'll still remove your record on our side.

Children

Triple Quote is for adults arranging projects on homes they own. The service isn't for anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect information from minors.

Changes

When we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. If a change matters (new data we collect, new place we share it), we'll email anyone with an active Sprint Pass.
