The short version

You're buying the 3-Quote Sprint Pass for $29. We promise three serious responses from local pros within seven days, or your $29 comes back. You pick the contractor. You sign with them directly. We're the coordination, not the contract.

What you're buying

The 3-Quote Sprint Pass is a one-time, $29 service for one project. Here's what you get:

  • A list of 6 to 10 local pros sourced for your specific project.
  • Outreach handled on your behalf. We contact them, not you.
  • Coordination of follow-up, scheduling, and the back-and-forth.
  • Three serious responses within seven days. A serious response is a firm quote, or a site visit (in-person or virtual) on your calendar with a confirmed pro and time.
  • A side-by-side comparison snapshot on Day 7.

The guarantee

“If Triple Quote doesn't secure at least 3 serious responses (firm quote OR in-person/virtual visit scheduled) from local providers within 7 days, we refund your $29. No hassle.”

A “serious response” means a written quote from the pro, or a scheduled visit on your calendar with a confirmed time. A voicemail with no callback doesn't count. A “we'll get back to you” doesn't count. The seven days start when you pay.

How refunds work

  • If the seven-day window closes without three serious responses, the refund is automatic.
  • Refunded to the same payment method you used at checkout.
  • Funds typically land within 3 business days.
  • If you want to cancel before we've started outreach, email us and we'll refund you.
  • Once we've started outreach, the guarantee mechanic governs the refund.

What we don't do

We're straightforward about what isn't part of the Sprint Pass:

  • We don't pick the contractor. You do.
  • We don't vouch for craftsmanship, pricing, or work quality. We confirm the pros we reach out to are real and licensed where required. That's the extent of it.
  • We're not a party to the contract between you and the pro you hire. The work, the payment, and the warranty are between the two of you.
  • We don't guarantee a price level, labor availability, or the project timeline past our seven-day coordination window.
  • We don't provide legal, financial, or contracting advice.

Your responsibilities

  • You're 18 or older.
  • The project details you give us are accurate. We can't deliver if the ZIP or project type is wrong.
  • You make the call on which pro to hire and you sign with them directly.
  • Anything about the project itself, the contract, payments, or the work, is between you and the pro.

Limit of our liability

Triple Quote isn't liable for the work a pro does or doesn't do, the price they charge, delays in their schedule, or how your project turns out. Our maximum liability to you is the $29 you paid us. If we miss the guarantee, that's what comes back.

This cap applies to the maximum extent allowed by law. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limits, in which case those specific limits don't apply to you.

Service area and project scope

Right now, Triple Quote serves Buffalo, NY and Western New York. If your ZIP is outside our area, we'll tell you before charging the $29.

We cover seven project categories: windows, roof, HVAC, painting, plumbing, electrical, and exterior work. If your project doesn't fit, we'll tell you up front and we won't charge.

Changes to these terms

When we update these terms, we'll change the date at the top. If a change matters, we'll email anyone with an active Sprint Pass before it takes effect. Using the service after a change means you accept the new terms. If part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still applies.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any dispute goes to state or federal court in Erie County, New York.
